Nicholson & Hall Corporation has recently been admitted as a member of The Affinity Captive Insurance Group. Captive insurance companies are established by member companies that provide risk sharing amongst them. Consequently only firms having a strong history of worker injury prevention and loss management are invited to join.

Each member is required to demonstrate both a minimum risk control assessment score, (RCA) and an improvement in their RCA score each year. This reflects the policy that members demonstrate continued progress in reducing injuries, losses, and claims.
