The Little Theatre

The Little Theatre in Rochester, New York, commonly known as “The Little” is a movie theatre located on historic East Avenue in downtown Rochester, New York and a modest non-profit multiplex specializing in art film, including independent and foreign productions outside the United States. Founded in 1928, The Little is one of the oldest active movie theaters built specifically to show films in the US.

Group Sales Groups of 10 or more can make advanced reservations for evening shows at a discounted price. Ticket prices for groups of 10-99 are $7 each, tickets for groups of 100 or more are $6.50 each. To place an order, please call the business office at 585.258.0400.

Advance ticket purchases are available in person only at the box office at the hours listed above. Advance tickets are available starting on Tuesdays for the Friday openings.

Gift Certificates, Books of Tickets, and Discount Coupons are available in the Little Theatre Café or in the Little Theatre Business Office during normal business hours.
